He holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga and he has a PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking (PGDLAN), PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (H.R.M) and Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, respectively from the University of Hyderabad, Kuvempu University and Cyber Metric Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru. He has Qualified Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET).
He has over nine years of experience in the Library and Information Science field. His research interests include Digital Libraries/Institutional Repositories, ERMs, IoT.
As Junior Executive Assistant his duties are routine works of the library. Besides these he has been assisting the Librarian on day-to-day matters related to the library from time to time.
