The talk will focus on importance of individual Career Tracking, verification and filtering using AI and Blockchain and impact of NFT tokenisation in education sector in the upcoming future. Innovative start-up company named 'Talent Chek' is an AI-driven and blockchain enabled platform for employee tracking and ethical rating. This Chennai-based company creates 'unique global ID' to cross verify credentials of the job applicants. This facilitates full transparency with respect to the candidate profiles and allows for smooth hiring process.
About the speaker:
Born in Kerala and brought up mostly in Trichy, Rajesh hails from a first-generation business family. A Computer science engineering graduate from SASTRA University Tanjore, he got placed in SATYAM Infoway in 2000 and started his career as a network engineer till 2002. Returning to Trichy to enter into his family business of Steel Fabrication, Rajesh started handling Marketing and Systems in his father’s engineering company BABY ENGINEERING PVT LTD. He was also the Plant In-charge of Camfil Farr power systems, a Swedish company involved in clean air technology. CF had a JV with BEPL and together owned a Greenfield Plant in Trichy. Parallelly, he started his own passion business of taking a franchise of M/s Odyssey retail, a Chennai based lifestyle product retailer for both Trichy and Coimbatore. Rajesh is the co-founder of M/s CAKE BEE, a high-end pastry shop based in Trichy. Cakebee has a store count of 19 spread across 5 cities (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy and Bangalore) including 3 cafes. Rajesh, joined his college mate Mr. Gopinath, and they both kick started the operations of TalentFactori Pvt Ltd. Talent Factori has its one-of-a-kind product TalentChek which helps in building individual profiles and authenticating the claims of the profiles with the respective stakeholders. Thereby, fake profiles and fake claims are eradicated, and only genuine green profiles are fed to recruiters, ending up saving lots of time and money.
