Abstract:  In continuation with the first part of discussion held on 16 April 2024, of the quarterly analysis of major issues/trends in conflicts, the follow-up discussion will look at major developments on global politics during Jan-Mar 2025. It will cover the following: Return of Donald Trump, Retreat of the US, Cross-Atlantic Divide, Tariff Wars, Endgame in Ukraine, and Re-engagement in the Middle East. The discussion will also look at the implications of these developments vis-a-vis the world order.
