About the Speaker
Dr Dmitry P. Novikov is an expert in US foreign policy, US-Russia relations, and European and Eurasian security. He was involved in a number of projects dedicated to the Russia-West dialogue on security issues after 2014, including analytical support for the OSCE Panel of Eminent Persons (2014-2015). Currently, the key academic focus is the development of SCO, security challenges in post-Soviet space and Eurasia, and perspectives for the development of international security architecture in the region
