Abstract: One becomes a Citta Vaidya through an intensive study & practice of Citta Vidya. A Citta Vaidya is one who listens deeply and responds from a coherent core so that the other is transformed. A Citta Vaidya enables a person to move from being agitated to becoming calm and then progress through being self-reflective, introspective, contemplative, and finally anchor in being meditative. A Citta Vaidya enables people to end their duHkha and become the best they can be. A Citta Vaidya can perform the roles of a Healer, Leadership Coach and Life Coach. Citta Vidya is a creative integration of Antaranga Yoga, Mahabharata, Theatre and Dance. Citta Vidya draws insights from Jungian depth psychology and contemporary discoveries in mind-body medicine
This talk will give a broad overview of the transformation process and the methods that comprise Citta Vidya.
