Dr. Tricia Bacon, a professor at American University in Washington D.C., previously at the U.S. State Department. As a Council of Foreign Relations India Fellow, she is working on projects that examine how counterterrorism fits into India's national security priorities after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan/ rise of China, the future prospects of the U.S.-India counterterrorism relationship, and state of militancy in India.
